Initial Consultation
The business owner will complete a confidential Preliminary Assessment Questionnaire prior to scheduling the 1 day on-site meeting. Meeting on-site will allow us to get to know the owner in person and some of their key personnel.
At the end of the session, we will discuss our recommendations and proposal for moving to Phase II, should we feel we are able to assist in helping the owner achieve their goals.

Strategic Planning
In order to implement our Methodology for Change in Phase III – Coaching/Mentoring, we must have a clear understanding of the current state of your company. We will perform a Detailed Needs Assessment and validate our findings from the initial 1.5 day Preliminary Assessment, and perform further investigation.
When we arrive on-site we will engage in interviews with all stakeholders, your management team, select employees, and if necessary suppliers, customers and outside professionals. We will also perform a preliminary SWOT Analysis (Strengths, Weakness, Opportunities, and Threats) that will be fine-tuned during Phase III. We will conclude with a Strategic Plan and detailed Implementation Plan to address critical issues and areas of opportunity for meeting both short and long-term goals. Together we will define and prioritize specific projects and lay out the Implementation Plan that will deliver the greatest impact on your company’s future.
Although we will hold weekly status calls and quarterly webinars with you and your staff, we are available at any time to discuss the everyday issues that occur, helping to provide insight, leadership and guidance when needed. This is a true mentoring role that we believe is critical to the success of any business. Going it alone is a tough road.

Coaching / Mentoring
Now that a plan has been developed, the next step is critical to your success – “Implementation”. During this phase we become an integral part of your business, living and breathing its successes and challenges, week-to-week.
It is common that owners get caught up working ‘in’ their business as opposed to ‘on’ their business. This Phase is where all the heavy lifting is done and requires consistent and persistent attention and focus.

Advisory Board
Once the heavy lifting is done and changes have been made that produce sustainable and repeatable results, the role of a “Board” or “Executive Advisory Team” becomes an important part of your sustainability. During this Phase we will help you set up your advisory team, if you do not already have one in place. We will then participate as an active member and join you in quarterly on-site 1-day Board meetings.
An effective Board structure provides the governance that allows companies to continue to grow and avoid unplanned pitfalls.

Special Projects
We will also offer project-based engagements, which tend to be more intense on-site engagements designed to coach and project manage specific initiatives. These are flat fee based and vary by project.

Systems Implementation
Perform needs analysis, system specifications, workflows, data capture methods and information reporting definition to ensure the proper selection or customization of systems in support of business objectives.
